I'd like to thank the young Lady to whom I spoke on the phone, Wednesday, regarding whether the Osaka 0387 ceiling lights were in stock. She confirmed that there were two in stock, the quantity I required, and she told me she would put them to one side while I ordered them online. This I did and the young lady made sure that the items were packed for dispatch the same day. I was given two times, this morning, between which I would receive my well packed parcel and it did indeed arrive within the stated times. You can't get a better service than that. I'm very pleased with my experience from start to finish and would be happy to deal with you again in the future. Many thanks.

At last my lights are up and looking wonderful! I just wanted to let you know how impressed I have been with your customer service and product knowledge. Buying on the internet without sight of the product and not having an "electrician's" knowledge, I required some expert help with my choices which you supplied. Thanks also for sorting out the problem with the broken mirror so efficiently and promptly - very much appreciated and customer service at its best. Next time I require new lighting, you will be my first port of call.
