I found Dusk Lights by chance through a search on the internet for a particular Double Earthed Class 2 light fitting. The Site was well set out and it was a good "advertisement" for the Company and the potential Customer Service. I duly placed my Order and kept my fingers crossed! I didn't need to worry - the sequence of individual communications they sent me confirming the progress of my Order through their Sales Order sytem was exceptionally good. The Product I ordered duly arrived very well packaged; clearly labelled/documented and in a very reasonable time frame. I will have no hesitation about buying on-line again from this Company and will certainly be happy to recommend them to friends & relatives alike. Keeping up such a very high Customer Service Level will take some doing!!!

I'd like to thank the young Lady to whom I spoke on the phone, Wednesday, regarding whether the Osaka 0387 ceiling lights were in stock. She confirmed that there were two in stock, the quantity I required, and she told me she would put them to one side while I ordered them online. This I did and the young lady made sure that the items were packed for dispatch the same day. I was given two times, this morning, between which I would receive my well packed parcel and it did indeed arrive within the stated times. You can't get a better service than that. I'm very pleased with my experience from start to finish and would be happy to deal with you again in the future. Many thanks.
