I'd like to thank the young Lady to whom I spoke on the phone, Wednesday, regarding whether the Osaka 0387 ceiling lights were in stock. She confirmed that there were two in stock, the quantity I required, and she told me she would put them to one side while I ordered them online. This I did and the young lady made sure that the items were packed for dispatch the same day. I was given two times, this morning, between which I would receive my well packed parcel and it did indeed arrive within the stated times. You can't get a better service than that. I'm very pleased with my experience from start to finish and would be happy to deal with you again in the future. Many thanks.

Great service. Had been let down by two other online lighting suppliers. Emailed query to Dusk Lights and got a response immediately. Received the lights the day after ordering. Will definitely use again.
