This is an excellent site and they provide a superb customer service, extremely quick and helpful. I tried everywhere for my bathroomm lights and everybody was out of stock and even their suppliers were out of stock! This is the only company that had them!! They replied to my email immediately and dispatched them straight away. Superb service!!!

I found Dusk Lights by chance through a search on the internet for a particular Double Earthed Class 2 light fitting. The Site was well set out and it was a good "advertisement" for the Company and the potential Customer Service. I duly placed my Order and kept my fingers crossed! I didn't need to worry - the sequence of individual communications they sent me confirming the progress of my Order through their Sales Order sytem was exceptionally good. The Product I ordered duly arrived very well packaged; clearly labelled/documented and in a very reasonable time frame. I will have no hesitation about buying on-line again from this Company and will certainly be happy to recommend them to friends & relatives alike. Keeping up such a very high Customer Service Level will take some doing!!!
