Many thanks, product arrived safely. I had seen the downlighter before so was reasonably aware of what was coming. Not fitted yet but I assume this will be straight forward for our electrician. Main reason for responding is to thank you for sourcing the item which had been proving difficult to get [for 4 no. at least] also thanks for taking the time to take one of the downlighters and determine whether the terminal block could be reversed to give a little more clearance in the ceiling void
