Delivery Rates
Shipping and Handling
All orders over the value of £75 are delivered free of charge to the UK. For all other orders within the UK a standard delivery charge of £5.50 inc. VAT will be automatically added at the Checkout. Dusk Lights uses a third party courier or RoyalMail/Parcelforce for all deliveries and may require the customer to provide a signature on receipt of their order. For orders to Europe and the rest of the world, shipping costs will be incurred as detailed below.
· Europe: £18.99 plus VAT
· Rest of the World: Please contact Dusk Lights for pricing
Delivery Policy
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-7 working days of receipt, subject to payment clearance and stock availability. If we are unable to dispatch items within this time, the customer will be notified of the likely delivery date and given the option of proceeding with the order, or cancelling.

Many thanks, product arrived safely. I had seen the downlighter before so was reasonably aware of what was coming. Not fitted yet but I assume this will be straight forward for our electrician. Main reason for responding is to thank you for sourcing the item which had been proving difficult to get [for 4 no. at least] also thanks for taking the time to take one of the downlighters and determine whether the terminal block could be reversed to give a little more clearance in the ceiling void
