Delivery Rates

Shipping and Handling

All orders over the value of £75 are delivered free of charge to the UK. For all other orders within the UK a standard delivery charge of £5.50 inc. VAT will be automatically added at the Checkout.

Dusk Lights uses a third party courier (Interlink Express 24hr) or RoyalMail/Parcelforce for all deliveries and may require the customer to provide a signature on receipt of their order. For orders to Europe and the rest of the world, shipping costs will be incurred as detailed below.

• Europe: Zone 1 £14.00 plus VAT, Zone 2 £16.00 plus VAT, Zone 3 £18.00 plus VAT, Zone 4 £28.00 plus VAT, Zone 5 £40.00 plus VAT, Zone 6 £41.00 plus VAT, Zone 7 £65.00 plus VAT.
• Rest of the World:  If your country is not listed below (apart from the UK) then your country would fall into this category, Please contact Dusk Lights for pricing. If you proceed through the checkout process a standard fee of £80 plus VAT will be added and you will be contacted should any further payment be needed.

European Zones
Zone 1: Belgium, France (inc Monaco), Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Republic of Ireland
Zone 2: Austria, Denmark,
Zone 3: Czech Republic, Italy, Slovakia, Spain
Zone 4: Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Sweden
Zone 5: Bulgaria, Greece (inc islands), Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania
Zone 6: Liechtenstein, Switzerland
Zone 7: Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro, Norway, Serbia


Light Bulbs
With regards to the purchase of Light Bulbs a lower delivery charge of £3.60 inc VAT applies to orders of up to 10 Bulbs. This will automatically be calculated at the checkout.

Delivery Policy
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-7 working days of receipt, subject to payment clearance and stock availability. If we are unable to dispatch items within this time, the customer will be notified of the likely delivery date and given the option of proceeding with the order, or cancelling.
