I ordered the same shades with another company and found out 3 weeks later that they did not have them in stock after much chasing. I ordered them from dusk and they arrived the next day. After on online chat with a helpful advisor, good facility on the website. When the shades arrived one was damaged. Dusk arranged for a new one to go out the next day. Excellent. Before purchasing I was dubious about all of the positive comments thinking that maybe they were fake, however now I understand why there are so many great comments.
