I found Dusk Lights by chance through a search on the internet for a particular Double Earthed Class 2 light fitting. The Site was well set out and it was a good "advertisement" for the Company and the potential Customer Service. I duly placed my Order and kept my fingers crossed! I didn't need to worry - the sequence of individual communications they sent me confirming the progress of my Order through their Sales Order sytem was exceptionally good. The Product I ordered duly arrived very well packaged; clearly labelled/documented and in a very reasonable time frame. I will have no hesitation about buying on-line again from this Company and will certainly be happy to recommend them to friends & relatives alike. Keeping up such a very high Customer Service Level will take some doing!!!

The price and the delivery charge was significantly less than for the same product on another site. The goods arrived NEXT DAY. I had one small part of the product missing. Sent them an e-mail, they replied immediately, then called me, and the part arrived the next day too. Fantastic service!
