Thank you for my light. It was exactly as described. When my husband came to fit it he got confused with some of the wires, he phoned your office and spoke to the electrician who was brilliant and was able to help my husband fit the light over the phone. Will be coming back soon.

Many thanks, product arrived safely. I had seen the downlighter before so was reasonably aware of what was coming. Not fitted yet but I assume this will be straight forward for our electrician. Main reason for responding is to thank you for sourcing the item which had been proving difficult to get [for 4 no. at least] also thanks for taking the time to take one of the downlighters and determine whether the terminal block could be reversed to give a little more clearance in the ceiling void
