Delivery Policy
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-7 working days of receipt, subject to payment clearance and stock availability. If we are unable to dispatch items within this time, the customer will be notified of the likely delivery date and given the option of proceeding with the order, or cancelling. Should you select any other option other than to sign for a parcel, Dusk Lighting cannot be held responsible for any damages that might have incurred during transit.
Returns Policy Before returning any goods to us, please contact Dusk Lights via sales@dusklighting.com. We will then issue you with a returns authorisation number.
All goods must be returned in their original condition with all of the original undamaged packaging and in an outer postal box within 14 days of receiving your order.
Dusk Lights will not pay for any unwanted goods to be returned. Goods may be returned by courier or by registered post, and this cost must be met by the customer.
When you make a purchase via dusklights.co.uk, our secure server encrypts all of your personal information, including your name and address. We use Barclaycard EDPQ which are an industry leader in secure internet transactions to process card payments. Barclaycard EDPQ are used by thousands of other UK businesses for transaction security.
Once on the Barclaycard EDPQ system, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data they hold is extremely secure and they are regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.
