SHIPPING & HANDLING
All orders over the value of £59 are delivered free of charge within the UK** . For all other orders within the UK, a standard delivery charge of £6.00 (inc. VAT) will be automatically added at the Checkout.

Shipping costs for the above locations will be charged at £17.82 inc VAT on a 2 day delivery service.
**With the exception of Northern Island, Dusk Lighting uses DHL 2 day delivery service with a charge of £17.82
Dusk Lights uses a third party courier (DPD 24hr) or Royal Mail/Parcelforce for all deliveries and may require the customer to provide a signature on receipt of their order. Should you select any other option other than to sign for a parcel (this includes safe place preferences with third party couriers), Dusk Lighting cannot be held responsible for any damages or loss that might have incurred during transit or leaving in a safe place.
For orders to Europe and the rest of the world we use DHL, shipping costs will be incurred as detailed below.
Europe: Zone 1 £16.74 inc VAT, Zone 2 £18.00 inc VAT, Zone 3 £19.88 inc VAT, Zone 4 £26.82 inc VAT, Zone 5 £29.90 inc VAT.
Rest of the World: If your country is not listed below (apart from the UK) then your country would fall into this category, Please contact Dusk Lights for pricing. If you proceed through the checkout process a standard fee of £108.34 plus VAT will be added and you will be contacted should any further payment be needed.
Zone 1: Belgium, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands
Zone 2: France, Germany, Guernsey, Jersey, Monaco
Zone 3: Austria, Denmark, Finland, Italy, Portugal, San Marino, Spain (Excluding Islands, an additional charge may be required after the order is placed once the cost has been calculated), Sweden, Vatican City
Zone 4: Andorra, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia
Zone 5: Gibraltar, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-7 working days of receipt, subject to payment clearance and stock availability. If we are unable to dispatch items within this time, customers will be notified of the likely delivery date and given the option of proceeding with the order, or cancelling.
