Ashprington hosts a glass lantern design with a slight twist. In reverse of the common practice of holding the glass within the outer frame, in this collection the glass is positioned on the outside of the framework adding a more unique style onto the market. Available in three sizes each pendant also has two colour options, one of which amplifies their stand out appeal further with a matt black coating better suited to a more edgy decorative environment. The range also features a matching wall and table lamp in each colour.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-14 working days of receipt (each product will display an estimated lead time), subject to payment clearance and stock availability. If we are unable to dispatch items within this time, the customer will be notified of the likely delivery date and given the option of proceeding with the order or cancelling. Should you select any other option other than to sign for a parcel, Dusk Lighting cannot be held responsible for any damages that might have incurred during transit.
Before returning any goods to us, please contact Dusk Lights via email@example.com. We will then issue you a returns authorisation number.
All goods must be returned in their original condition with all of the original undamaged packaging and in an outer postal box within 30 days of receiving your order.
Dusk Lights will not pay for any unwanted goods to be returned. Goods may be returned by courier or by registered post, and this cost must be met by the customer.
When you make a purchase via dusklights.co.uk, our secure server encrypts all of your personal information, including your name and address. We use Barclaycard EDPQ which are an industry leader in secure internet transactions to process card payments. Barclaycard EDPQ are used by thousands of other UK businesses for transaction security.
Once on the Barclaycard EDPQ system, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data they hold is extremely secure and they are regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.
