- Return goods within 30 days in their original condition, packaging, and an outer box.
- Returns are at the customer’s cost (via courier or registered post).
- EU returns must be made via the Global-e returns portal ( for Orders After December 2025)

- Product must not be fitted or altered.
- Packaging, instructions, and fittings must be included.
- Include a copy of your invoice or order reference.
- You are responsible for claiming with the courier if the item arrives damaged.
Refunds
- 30-day money back policy (excludes bespoke items).
- Refund applies only to items returned in original, undamaged condition.
- Delivery charges are only refunded for incorrect, damaged, or faulty items.
- Allow up to 5 working days for refunds after receipt.
Faulty Merchandise
