  Returns Information

Returns Policy

• Contact us first at sales@dusklighting.com for a returns authorisation number.
• Return goods within 30 days in their original condition, packaging, and an outer box.
• Returns are at the customer’s cost (via courier or registered post).
• EU returns must be made via the Global-e returns portal ( for Orders After December 2025)

Important:

• Product must not be fitted or altered.
• Packaging, instructions, and fittings must be included.
• Include a copy of your invoice or order reference.
• You are responsible for claiming with the courier if the item arrives damaged.
  

Refunds

• 30-day money back policy (excludes bespoke items).
• Refund applies only to items returned in original, undamaged condition.
• Delivery charges are only refunded for incorrect, damaged, or faulty items.
• Allow up to 5 working days for refunds after receipt.

Faulty Merchandise

• Notify us within 24 hours of receiving damaged or incomplete items.
• Faulty or damaged items will be replaced or refunded.
• Return postage for faulty goods is covered by Dusk Lighting.
