This design brings together two of Nkuku's favourite natural materials – jute and mango wood – to create simple yet elegant shades that evoke the charm of a rustic country home. The combination of wood and woven fabric in complementary neutral tones offers a relaxed, laid-back aesthetic that is both versatile and timeless, and has been thoughtfully crafted to complement all our Nkuku table and floor lamps.

When illuminated, the beautiful mango wood frame highlights the natural grain of the wood, while the loosely woven fabric allows light to gently diffuse throughout the room and cast a soft glow beneath.

Returns Information

Returns Policy

Contact us first at sales@dusklighting.com for a returns authorisation number.
Return goods within 30 days in their original condition, packaging, and an outer box.
Returns are at the customer’s cost (via courier or registered post).
EU returns must be made via the Global-e returns portal ( for Orders After December 2025)

Important:

Product must not be fitted or altered.
Packaging, instructions, and fittings must be included.
Include a copy of your invoice or order reference.
You are responsible for claiming with the courier if the item arrives damaged.

Refunds

30-day money back policy (excludes bespoke items).
Refund applies only to items returned in original, undamaged condition.
Delivery charges are only refunded for incorrect, damaged, or faulty items.
Allow up to 5 working days for refunds after receipt.

Faulty Merchandise

Notify us within 24 hours of receiving damaged or incomplete items.
Faulty or damaged items will be replaced or refunded.
Return postage for faulty goods is covered by Dusk Lighting.
