Product Details

The Balance’s contemporary mocha brown finish with polished brass elements adds a retro style to the look of this collection, making it easy to place in both modern and transitional environments, with all fittings easily suited to using LED lamps. Each shade has a gold metallic lining. Pendants, table and floor lamps have fabric diffusers, and the chandeliers and wall lights include acrylic diffusers

Returns Policy

  • Contact us first at sales@dusklighting.com for a returns authorisation number.
  • Return goods within 30 days in their original condition, packaging, and an outer box.
  • Returns are at the customer’s cost (via courier or registered post).
  • EU returns must be made via the Global-e returns portal ( for Orders After December 2025)

Important:

  • Product must not be fitted or altered.
  • Packaging, instructions, and fittings must be included.
  • Include a copy of your invoice or order reference.
  • You are responsible for claiming with the courier if the item arrives damaged.

Refunds

  • 30-day money back policy (excludes bespoke items).
  • Refund applies only to items returned in original, undamaged condition.
  • Delivery charges are only refunded for incorrect, damaged, or faulty items.
  • Allow up to 5 working days for refunds after receipt.

Faulty Merchandise

  • Notify us within 24 hours of receiving damaged or incomplete items.
  • Faulty or damaged items will be replaced or refunded.
  • Return postage for faulty goods is covered by Dusk Lighting.
