UK Orders
- Free delivery on orders over ยฃ59 (UK mainland*).
- Orders under ยฃ59: ยฃ6.00 (inc. VAT).
- Scottish Highlands, Islands & Scilly Isles: ยฃ15.00 (2-day delivery).
- Northern Ireland: ยฃ15.00 (2-day delivery).
*We use DPD 24hr for domestic deliveries. A signature may be required. Dusk Lighting is not responsible for loss or damage if you choose an alternative delivery option (e.g., safe place).
European Orders (EU Countries)
- All EU orders are processed via Global-e.
- Shipping, taxes, and duties are included at checkoutโno extra charges on delivery.
- Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
- Returns: EU customers must return items via the Global-e returns portal.

- Some items may be sourced directly from suppliers. We will notify you of any delays and offer a revised delivery date or cancellation option.

- Tracking information is provided for all shipments where available.
Returns Information
Returns Policy
- Contact us first at sales@dusklighting.com for a returns authorisation number.
- Return goods within 30 days in their original condition, packaging, and an outer box.
- Returns are at the customerโs cost (via courier or registered post).
- EU returns must be made via the Global-e returns portal ( for Orders After December 2025)
Important:
- Product must not be fitted or altered.
- Packaging, instructions, and fittings must be included.
- Include a copy of your invoice or order reference.
- You are responsible for claiming with the courier if the item arrives damaged.
Refunds
- 30-day money back policy (excludes bespoke items).
- Refund applies only to items returned in original, undamaged condition.
- Delivery charges are only refunded for incorrect, damaged, or faulty items.
- Allow up to 5 working days for refunds after receipt.
Faulty Merchandise
- Notify us within 24 hours of receiving damaged or incomplete items.
- Faulty or damaged items will be replaced or refunded.
- Return postage for faulty goods is covered by Dusk Lighting.
