Product Details

Kelly offers a wide variety of frame and glass colour combinations. Of the three frame colours; satin black, polished nickel and brass, there are an equal number of glass to choose from; clear, smoked or amber. One of the most unique selling points of this collection is the dual application of how the mixture of long and short glass are fitted to the lights, giving two visual options. Every frame from the pendants to floor lamps can situate the glass either with the long glass rods on the inside and short rods on the outside for a clean cylindrical outline or alertate long & short on both the inside and outside ring creating a more uneven decorative effect

Returns Information

Returns Policy

Contact us first at sales@dusklighting.com for a returns authorisation number.
Return goods within 30 days in their original condition, packaging, and an outer box.
Returns are at the customer’s cost (via courier or registered post).
EU returns must be made via the Global-e returns portal ( for Orders After December 2025)

Important:

Product must not be fitted or altered.
Packaging, instructions, and fittings must be included.
Include a copy of your invoice or order reference.
You are responsible for claiming with the courier if the item arrives damaged.

Refunds

30-day money back policy (excludes bespoke items).
Refund applies only to items returned in original, undamaged condition.
Delivery charges are only refunded for incorrect, damaged, or faulty items.
Allow up to 5 working days for refunds after receipt.

Faulty Merchandise

Notify us within 24 hours of receiving damaged or incomplete items.
Faulty or damaged items will be replaced or refunded.
Return postage for faulty goods is covered by Dusk Lighting.
