The Aspen IP65 outdoor Recessed Wall Lamps include a generous variety of lighting solutions with different beam angles. The two formats available are combined with either a round or square flush plate in three colour options - sand black, sand white or anthracite. Recessed into the wall they offer a subtle installation to better facilitates use in commercial environments and applications whilst still maintaining a stylish edge

Returns Information

Returns Policy

Contact us first at sales@dusklighting.com for a returns authorisation number.
Return goods within 30 days in their original condition, packaging, and an outer box.
Returns are at the customer’s cost (via courier or registered post).
EU returns must be made via the Global-e returns portal ( for Orders After December 2025)

Important:

Product must not be fitted or altered.
Packaging, instructions, and fittings must be included.
Include a copy of your invoice or order reference.
You are responsible for claiming with the courier if the item arrives damaged.

Refunds

30-day money back policy (excludes bespoke items).
Refund applies only to items returned in original, undamaged condition.
Delivery charges are only refunded for incorrect, damaged, or faulty items.
Allow up to 5 working days for refunds after receipt.

Faulty Merchandise

Notify us within 24 hours of receiving damaged or incomplete items.
Faulty or damaged items will be replaced or refunded.
Return postage for faulty goods is covered by Dusk Lighting.
