Important Information

Dimming Functionality Information - This fitting features integrated dimming controlled only by the supplied method (e.g. remote, touch, hand-wave or manual switch depending on the model). It must be connected to a standard on/off wall switch and is not compatible with wall dimmer switches or home automation systems. Using a dimmer switch may cause a malfunction and invalidate the warranty.

Colour & Finish Information
Finishes such as wood, copper, brass, pewter or gold refer to the colour and appearance, not necessarily the base material. Colour tones may vary slightly and some finishes may naturally patina over time.

Bubbles & Glass Inclusions As these glass shades are handmade, small bubbles and minor inconsistencies are normal. Bubbles under 4 mm and up to four per 10 cm² are considered acceptable (some styles, such as seeded glass, are designed with bubbles).

Rough Edges on Glass Components - Edges may appear rough or slightly chipped, a minor result of the manufacturing process. These imperfections are typically concealed once the light is assembled and do not affect its safety, functionality, or appearance

Glass Tint - When viewed from different angles, glass can exhibit a blue or green tint due to the refraction and dispersion of light. This effect is especially pronounced in ridged, fluted, or patterned glass, where variations in surface geometry cause light to bend and separate into subtle colour components.

Returns Information

Returns Policy

Contact us first at sales@dusklighting.com for a returns authorisation number.
Return goods within 30 days in their original condition, packaging, and an outer box.
Returns are at the customer’s cost (via courier or registered post).
EU returns must be made via the Global-e returns portal ( for Orders After December 2025)

Important:

Product must not be fitted or altered.
Packaging, instructions, and fittings must be included.
Include a copy of your invoice or order reference.
You are responsible for claiming with the courier if the item arrives damaged.

Refunds

30-day money back policy (excludes bespoke items).
Refund applies only to items returned in original, undamaged condition.
Delivery charges are only refunded for incorrect, damaged, or faulty items.
Allow up to 5 working days for refunds after receipt.

Faulty Merchandise

Notify us within 24 hours of receiving damaged or incomplete items.
Faulty or damaged items will be replaced or refunded.
Return postage for faulty goods is covered by Dusk Lighting.
